Refund/Return Policy - It is the policy of Raul's Rooms and Apartments to
reschedule the vacation and not to refund if there is a conflict in your
schedule. However, cancellation should be done 2 weeks before
scheduled date with 50% charge. Cancellation within remaining 2 weeks
will be non-refundable.
Reschedule/change dates Policy - You may reschedule your vacation no
less than 2 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date, at no charge. Failure
to re-schedule with at least 4 days advance notice of your check-in date will
result in a 1 time fee of $10.00.
Failure to re-schedule or Cancel booking will result in being charged full
price for all said dates that room/s have been booked
